Disclaimers: I'm not siding on anyone of them. I used to have an apple device too and I loved it and now I'm using Samsung note. To all apple hardcore fans, if you think I'm siding Samsung, that shows how bias you are and how stupid to not see apple is also one company that's copying stuffs too. I used an iPhone before so I do not hate Apple. Peace people.

I know Apple won but I think it's kind if unfair.
Samsung admitted that they copied a little.
Which I think it's totally alright.

I think it's fine copying as long as they didn't copy completely. Don't you Apple freaks tell me that "Apple is so original please. They had all their idea from themselves." If I ever hear that from anyone I know.. I'll kill them.

iPhone is a great phone. It's simple, easy to use and their OS is greatly working well with their processor.

Samsung do have great some great phones. (Galaxy Note, S3 and others)
Their OS might not be the best because android does not only have to handle Samsung. Even if it's Samsung itself, there are so many devices with different specs. That's the imperfect point of the OS.

Hardware wise I love Samsung. Their specs are consider as great for me and Apple is consider average for their hardware. Maybe the screen wise Apple is consider as good but overall I love Samsung. If apple suddenly have led flashing for notifications.. I will really hope blackberry or any company sue them. That's not original. THAT'S COPYING. (not the led beside the 8mp camera. I know they can make it flash when there's text). Such small little issues you also want to sue people for, I think Apple is just being too selfish? If thats the case for phones.. then all the slide up phone have to get sued by idk maybe Sony Ericsson? or whoever came up with it. Don't you dare to tell me apple is a pure new idea. I saw a 9gag post and seriously some ideas were even wayyyyyy before iPhone was out. So sick of people think Apple is the best shit and stuff, xxx brand is copying. Please, I don't go around saying Samsung is the best and Apple sucks. I think most brands are fine. Personal preferences. Stop bashing and just love your own device or whatever. Don't bash if you did not even try using them.

Happy note: Samsung galaxy note 2 is out! Specs are great. Shall see how iPhone gonna be like!
