Just miss those good old days.
Hello humans! LOL
Recently I have been drinking water much more often compared to last time.
It was suppose to make my skin + body to become healthier.
But, it seems to make it more jialat?
I'm not sure if it was the pressure or lack of sleep or both combine together and gave me that horrible skin.
Maybe I need to jog around to make my skin much more healthier.
And I slept quite a lot.
from 8+ pm till 10+ pm then 12+ am till 9am. Near 11 hours?
Maybe I just need a jog or something.
Actually I don't mind running but it's my asthma that makes me feel reluctant to run.
It's just because I hate the feeling of being out of breath -_-
Then.. now I don't even have my stamina.
Gonna jog for an hour later! (:
take stairs up after jogging around hehe
